Carlson Machine and Tool, Inc. has been in business for the last 27 years. We are located just 25 minutes North of Minneapolis, MN in Anoka County . Gary Carlson is the president and sole owner of the company. He started out as a tool and die man and branched off into creating his own products.

Being that Gary is an avid fisherman the Tackle Buddy was easy for him to think up. We have been manufacturing the Tackle Buddy for the last 12 years and have recently added the rod holders. So far we have mainly sold the Tackle Buddys in the Midwest, but hope to expand to the coasts. We are a small family business with 10 employess.
